At UBeauty, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier's network.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Available for selected locations across Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

Free Shipping

We may offer free standard shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges:

  • Are determined by the destination country.

  • Are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volumes

UBeauty cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays outside our control.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Insufficient address information

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
